Joke about Mossad False Flag Flies at U.S. State Dept.

The untelevised ‘Off-Camera Daily Press Briefing Index,’ conducted on Monday, August 6, 2012 at 1:10 p.m. by Acting Deputy Spokesperson Patrick Ventrell involved questions regarding an attack at an Egyptian police station. In addition to this seemingly insignificant yet subtly revealing gem, there are also a great number of interesting exchanges at the U.S. State Department website which can be found by a query of specific keywords, such as “INSIDE JOB,” “FALSE FLAG,” “MOSSAD,” “CONSPIRACY,” and “FREEMASONRY.” Among the vast topics, the State Dept. addresses ‘an alleged international Jewish conspiracy,’ The Rockefellers, the North American Union, the 9/11 false flag attacks carried out by Mossad/CIA, and many others. The State Dept. also repeats the false canard that Iran wants to “wipe Israel off of the map” and addresses the lack of Weapons of Mass Desrtuction in Iraq.
Unlike news reported in the mainstream media however, the State Department spokesmen in this collection never seem ‘offended’ or ‘outraged’ by questions about false flags, inside jobs, or Israeli involvement in various matters.
Hillary Clinton for example, when questioned at a State Dept. briefing about alleged CIA, MI6, and Mossad involvement in the assassination of an Iranian scientist, simply replied “I have nothing to say. I know nothing about that.” This is in stark contrast to the indignant response spouted by her husband Bill Clinton when confronted by 9/11 truthers at the State Theater in downtown Minneapolis in 2007. “An inside job? How dare you. How dare you. It was not an inside job,” Clinton said.
Here is the transcript where the people at the State Dept. joke about Mossad false flags, asking if the Israeli Mossad was behind an attack in which “Secretary Clinton and her staff were chased off the tarmac in Malawi by a swarm of bees” in August 2012.

QUESTION: And one other thing. We have this story out of Cairo saying that the Muslim Brotherhood has said on its website that the attack in Sinai on Sunday, quote, “can be attributed to Mossad,” close quote, the Israeli intelligence agency, and was an attempt to thwart President Morsi. Do you think that view has any credibility?
MR. VENTRELL: I haven’t seen that. I can’t speak to its veracity as something coming from the Muslim Brotherhood. What I can say is, obviously, President Morsi is saying the right things, and we look to him as he continues to confront this.
QUESTION: Is it conceivable to you that the Israeli intelligence services could – would launch an attack on an Egyptian police station?
MR. VENTRELL: Doesn’t sound right to me.
Josh.
QUESTION: Is it true, the reports that said that the Secretary and her staff were chased off the tarmac in Malawi by a swarm of bees?
MR. VENTRELL: I don’t know. I’d obviously refer you to the traveling party out in Africa. I don’t know one way or another. I’ll check into it.
QUESTION: Is Mossad behind that? (Laughter.)
QUESTION: Another one on Africa?
MR. VENTRELL: Go ahead, Ros.
QUESTION: The Chinese Government is criticizing the Secretary’s comments about its – about the U.S.’s relationship with various African countries…
In April 2005, Secretary of State Condi Rice addressed the contention that the 9/11 attacks were conducted by th CIA and Mossad, in which she merely replied “You just have to keep trying to get the truth out… But the United States stands for a world in which people are free to say what they think..” This is in stark contrast to George W. Bush’s admonition “Let us never tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories concerning the attacks of September the 11th; malicious lies that attempt to shift the blame away from the terrorists, themselves, away from the guilty. To inflame ethnic hatred is to advance the cause of terror.”
In a June 2011 State Dept. conference, Deputy Spokesman Mark Toner was asked about a dual American-Israeli citizen who was arrested and held in Egypt for several months after being accused of being an Israeli spy. 27 year old Ilan Grapel was later released “with American assistance” after an agreement with Egypt was reached. In another official transcript regarding Syria, U.S. spokesperson Victoria Nuland says “this is a false flag that we can identify and beware.” This is in sharp contrast to the heavily promoted notion that false flag attacks don’t exist and are merely the fodder of paranoid ‘conspiracy theorists.’
On July 14, 2009, the State Department’s Todd Leventhal discussed ‘Conspiracy Theories’ and published a “webchat transcript.” Leventhal fielded a wide variety of questions on such topics as ‘Why Bin Laden ain’t wanted by the FBI for 9/11?’ He began his reply with “This is a very good question. It seems puzzling that bin Laden would not be wanted by the FBI for the September 11 attacks…” He also included links to papers on WTC Building 7 and The Pentagon.
In response to a question about the Rockefellers, Leventhal linked to an Alex Jones article and began to disparage late Hollywood film maker Aaron Russo, stating “In other words, Russo claims there is a gigantic conspiracy in which bankers want to control the world, but has only vague allegations and fantasy coins as evidence. I believe his alleged conversation with Rockefeller is similar nonsense. Osama bin Laden and other top al Qa’ida leaders have admitted that they conducted the September 11 attacks and all the facts point to this conclusion.” Leventhal also linked to a youtube clip of Russo noting “Russo also said that there is a plan to create a ‘North American Union’ between Canada, Mexico, and the United States.” Leventhal scoffed at the notion of a North American Union, citing Snopes.com as the definitive source of truth on the matter.
