Three melted down: No. 1, 2, 3.
No. 4 was empty, de-fuelled; most likely had a chain reaction/explosion in spent fuel pool (triple load of new and used rods).
Jim Stone maintains reactor 4 was blown up with an Israeli-planted nuke.
Reactors No. 5 and 6 are ok, unless you have a ref.
